THE FINE PRINT

Please inform Alagoa Terrace Guesthouse of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the website booking form, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. License number: 36501/AL

Check-In Hours

Check‑in is available from 3:00 PM until 12:00 AM. If you expect to arrive later or earlier, you can send a special request and the property will do its best to accommodate you. Early check-in is subject to an extra 10€ fee.

Check-out hours

Check‑out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Late Checkout is subject to an extra 10€ fee.

Cancellation & Payment

Free cancellation is available until 11:59 PM on the day before check-in.

Age requirement

There’s no age requirement for check-in. All children are welcome at Ria Terrace Guest House.

Pets are allowed

Yes, pets are allowed. An extra fee of 10€ will be applied for one night, while an extra fee of 20€ will be applied for two nights or more.

payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Payments can also be made on-site. All on-site payments must be completed at the reception of Ria Terrace Guesthouse, which is open daily from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Extra Beds

The rooms do not have the capacity to accommodate extra beds.
